3. Reservations and payments

Use appropriate equipment in good condition.

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the client.

7. Safety and limitations

The service may be refused or interrupted if the provider considers that there are risks to health or safety.

Purity Spa Tulum is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from health conditions not reported by the customer.

8. Liability

Purity Spa Tulum's liability is strictly limited to the provision of the contracted service.

No liability is assumed for losses, indirect damages, or situations unrelated to the service.

9. Privacy and personal data

The data provided by the customer will be used solely for the management of reservations and the provision of the service, guaranteeing its confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

10. Modifications
